We actually have the same boat. It was also hard for me to manage my time so please let me know about this alarm clock experiment. I hope this one works for me because I have tested a lot of it even before and unfortunately, it doesn't work because my body clock is much more dominating . *winks*

I am not a pensioner but I love cruises - the fact you can wake up everyday in a different city and be fed like a king for a few days is just bliss! I highly recommend the cruises which are geared to the American audience. With such a demand clientele in the US these cruises are so far the best in food and entertaiment!
